YEAR END PERFORMANCES

At Sovereign Ballet, performance is an essential part of each dancer’s training and artistic growth. Our students participate in two annual performances that offer different opportunities to showcase their technique, creativity, and stage presence.

ELECTIVE DANCE SHOWCASE

The Elective Dance Showcase highlights a wide range of genres and gives students a chance to explore styles beyond classical ballet. This performance features:

• Tap
• Modern
• Contemporary
• Jazz
• Hip Hop
• Acro
• Solos, duos, and trios
• Emerging choreographers presenting original works

This showcase is designed to celebrate versatility, encourage individual expression, and provide performance opportunities for dancers interested in multiple disciplines.

FULL-LENGTH BALLET

In addition to the showcase, students also perform in a full-length classical ballet production. This performance immerses dancers in the tradition and artistry of ballet storytelling, giving them the chance to develop character work, ensemble skills, and a deeper appreciation for classical repertoire.

Performance Fees

• $20 per genre: This fee helps cover production costs and is charged for each genre in which a dancer performs.
• $25 per family: This covers the video link fee, which grants families access to a professional recording of the performance.
• Fee withdrawal date: All performance fees will be automatically withdrawn on May 1.
