Isn’t she beautiful?! And that’s not all the blessings. This week we were blessed beyond measure. This beautiful girl was donated by Pastor John and April Frase. They recently retired from pastoring my very first church, Christian Life Church in Harborcreek and graciously allowed us to have this baby. Although, this beauty won’t be able to be tuned for a while (pianos have to sit for a week after being moved), Cheryl Giles is anxious to hear the lovely sound emanate through the studio.
Another “blessing beyond measure” came this week through other friends. Their generosity and support through their generous gift left us speechless, “we want to be a part of what you are doing here,” he said. My heart filled with the sense of standing in the presence of the Lord “as He shines His face upon you.” This couple was a direct image of God as He used them to give us reassurance that we were doing His will and He would take care of us as we trust and follow Him.
Lastly, registration concluded on Friday. Although others will continue to register throughout the following weeks, the bulk of it has concluded. My blessing comes from the dancers that I am looking forward to molding and encouraging. It is my great honor to make an impact into their dance training and their relationship with the Lord. Each and every one of them comes with different weaknesses and strengths and I can’t wait to make them pant with exhaustion from the grueling training… (hee, hee) …as I love on them, push them when they feel like they can’t go on, advise them when they don’t know the answer, encourage them to forge ahead when the easy way appears better, support them in believing in themselves, and turn them towards Christ for their every need.
This is going to be a great year!
