Introducing Irene Abbot
Irene has BS/MA degrees in Phys Ed/Dance and has taught over 40 years in the fitness and dance industry. Current certifications include Aerobic Dance, Willpower and Grace (barefoot workout), Pilates, Barre, and Water Aerobics. Presently she teaches at Lecom, Erie Insurance and Gannon University.
