Audition Video Requirements

Video should be:
• Approximately 10 mins. (more advanced dancers should allow for more time)
• Taped in a studio setting
• Dancing must be accompanied with music
• Keep in mind, whatever you present on your video will help in placing you in the appropriate level. If there is anything beyond the list provided and you feel it will aid in your placement, please include it.
Combinations should consist of the following steps:
Barre:
1. Battement Tendu
2. Battement Dégagé
3. Rond de Jambe à terre
4. Fondu/Adagio
5. Grand Battement
Center:
1. Adagio
2. Traveling combination – waltz, balancé, en dedans and en dehors pirouettes
3. Traveling turns
4. Petite Allegro
5. Grand Allegro
