A summer dance experience is beneficial not only for the advanced dancer but also for the beginner. Beginners have a chance to get their “feet wet” without the long financial commitment for parents while, the more serious dancer can improve quickly in a shorter period. They are able to focus solely on perfecting their training without having to juggle their schedule with other responsibilities.
For the audition:
- Clothes appropriate for ballet (leotard, tights, ballet slippers)
- Pointe shoes (if you have them)
- Hair secured (bun, etc.)
No audition for:
- Students with no prior training
- Boys with limited training (However, if you have more advanced training, you will need to audition)
