Caitlin Burke will be joining the Sovereign Ballet Staff beginning this Fall 2015. Her ability to communicate and encourage dancers is inspiring. Originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, received her early training from TeDee Theofil of Studio 1 and Wendi Dubois of Ballet Chelsea. She also holds a BA in Dance with a minor in Arts Administration from Mercyhurst College.
Caitlin has danced professionally with Ohio Dance Theatre and taught throughout the Cleveland area. She has been featured in roles such as the Sugar Plum Fairy and Dew Drop in “The Nutcracker”, the Lilac Fairy in “Sleeping Beauty” and the Summer Fairy in “Cinderella” as well as had the opportunity to perform contemporary works by ballet masters Bruce Marks and Carter Alexander.
Sovereign Ballet is so looking forward to having her here and soaking up all she has to offer!
